Jamie McGregor was able to facilitate and resolve a problem our family ran into with our cousins untimely death. My cousin had an existing placket at the family grave which only needed the year 2026 placed. We were told the original placket needed to be replaced as the year could not be added for twice the cost we finally agreed upon. I was unable to spend more than a certain amount as the cost of the funeral used up most of the available monies. Another company also quoted the double price to one of the other cousins. Jamie was able to find a solution which physically, she extracted the original placket from the grave and sent it out for a date completion and reinstall it to its original location herself!
