Here is what others are saying about quincy Memorials
It is usually difficult circumstances that lead one to contact Quincy Memorials, but thanks to the sensitivity and attention of Po, the sales manager, the experience was far less difficult than expected. She understood our needs and worked with me to get the engraving done professionally and in a timely manner. She was excellent in follow up and always kind in her dealings with me.
We wanted a custom-designed Chinese-English family headstone based off a hand drawing from one of my family members. Jeff, Lisa, their talented Chinese graphic designer, and skilled artisan stone sculptors knocked it out of the park. The headstone was a beautiful work of art - beyond my expectations. The QMI staff patiently walked us through each step of the process and the many questions from my family and me. Everyone that I worked with at QMI had great compassion, patience, and integrity. Also very important: Their designer and sculptors are wonderful, talented visual artists who were able to translate my vague ideas and family sketch into a work of art. (The graphic designer even caught a missing brush stroke from one of the Chinese characters that we first presented!) Thank you, Quincy Memorials, Inc. My family takes great comfort in knowing that my father is being honored by this lovely, lyrical, and meaningful headstone. --Linda W.
Lisa Augustine was very professional and helped my wife Janice and I as if she was a very close friend. She made a few suggestions about our memorial stone from her experience and it was great working with her on a difficult decision. We had a very good experience with Lisa and Quincy Memorials. The staff at Quincy Memorials were extremely knowledgable. Not to mention, the price was the most reasonably after receiving at least four quotes. The service was great, the staff was kind and patient with me in understanding the process of purchasing a headstone for my husband's gravesite. But I must add, the greatest thing was their ability to work out payment arrangements. Thank you Julia for assistance and support. It's greatly appreciated.
Lisa was very helpful and energetic in helping us find the right stone and vases. Lisa continue to go above and beyond to help us work on a picture to be etch into the huge stone. It took us a couple of times to finalize the picture. Thx to Lisa and the artist with their patience and correction to make this picture happen. Lisa continues to keep in touch with us with every step in the process. Lisa is an asset to the company. I will definitely recommend others to her and the company.
Our Dad Patrick passed on 4/8/2021. When you lose someone sudden or otherwise, it is a difficult situation to handle. In grief, it is very hard to process things and accomplish all you need to do for the funeral and burial. Luckily for us, Julia Cocca works for Quincy Memorials. We met Julia when going to purchase our Dad's headstone. Julia made a very difficult process easy with her professionalism and care. Quincy Memorial provided various stone as well as typeface and decorative options for Dad's headstone. The design process was collaborative and the staff, specifically Julia, were attentive and so very helpful. If you are looking for a kind caring service in your difficult time, you can be sure that Quincy Memorial will be there to assist you through it.
Going through what is the hardest time of my life, it was a blessing to have met Lisa. Not only do they have a really beautiful selection, they are great people. Lisa made me feel comfortable she made me feel notices and she listened. Lisa did not make me feel like just another customer and i appreciate that because going through something so terrible its nice to feel like a person and not just someone that's gunna foot a bill, and dealing with the death of a person that you have stepped up to take or everything, you start to feel like an ATM on autopilot because death is outrageously expensive and to the point when you look back you feel you were taken advantage of because your moment of weakness! Quincy Memorial (Lisa) helped me see that there are decent good people in the world. She listened and gave advice when asked and she was a great support because i have been alone doing everything and she did not let me feel alone in this process. Because of her i was able to get my grandmother/ bestfriend the most beautiful stone that will be there forever. I am happy she slowed me down and was like hey a decision does not need to be made today breath this monument is going to be there forever and you want to get something you wont regret not something off impulse! Lisa i want to thank you and Quincy Memorials for having such an amazing soul there to help! i wish i could give 100 stars but I'm limited to 5 again thank you all so much
Thank you for creating such a beautiful monument for our son. Today I was at the cemetery visiting Oliver’s site and a man jumped out of his van to tell me how much he loved Oliver’s stone. He happened to be one of the funeral directors who help with Oliver’s service. He told me it was the most beautiful headstone he has ever seen and asked for your contact information. It is truly a beautiful token of our love for Oliver… just as unique and wonderful as he was
Hi Melanie, I can’t express in words how beautiful the monument came out. It came out exactly the way I envisioned. It brought tears to my eyes. It is a wonderful way to honor my lovely Cheryl’s memory. I also want to send a great big hug to Cecelia who helped so much in designing the monument and making the whole process go smoothly. Thank you Cecilia!! I will pass along how wonderful my experience with Quincy Memorial was to all my family and friends! My son and daughter-in-law were actually at the graveside when the monument was being installed. Here is a picture with our Irish setter, Hannah who Cheryl adored.
